Received a Pandora bracelet for Christmas and the clasp broke a couple of weeks later. I took it in, without a receipt, and they replaced the band without question. They were very helpful!

I have had to bring my wedding ring in multiple times to be sized. The customer service is excellent. And I got my ring back pretty quick each time I brought it in! I would highly recommend riddles jewelry

Angie is by far the best at customer service! When I thought all was lost with my ring she helped me out! She knows that engagement/wedding rings are special and was just so understanding! Thank you Angie!!
Riddles has fabulous customer service and very knowledgeable on their jewelry. They will do anything to please the customers. Burlington is very lucky to have such a wonderful jewelry store in town with great employees.
