Received a Pandora bracelet for Christmas and the clasp broke a couple of weeks later. I took it in, without a receipt, and they replaced the band without question. They were very helpful!

Riddles has fabulous customer service and very knowledgeable on their jewelry. They will do anything to please the customers. Burlington is very lucky to have such a wonderful jewelry store in town with great employees.
