As per several prior reviews. The customer service at this location is terrible. I agree, Dominic S. is a hindrance to this store. Truly not like it used to be back in the day. The beautiful image of Lanstroms Black Hills gold is out the door. Yes, it's a shame.
I would give the a zero star, took my wife's ring to get the tips fixed and got it back with 3 of the tips done right but the 4th one was sharp and was told it it's fine. Took ring back to get it fixed was given a estimated time of 3 weeks to get back, was told that the jeweler got sick and would get it back on Feb 15th no call, then was told it was in transit to get back never got it back.
