My wife harvested her first elk this year and we decided to have a pair of earrings made from the ivories. We just received them in the mail today and they are awesome. Ordered an item for Christmas, committed to delivery on 12/23. No movement on 12/22, reached out, they assured me it was being shipped and would arrive 12/24, no problem. 12/24, no movement, reach out and they hadn’t sent it. Never would have known any of this without me reaching out. No care for customer experience or deadlines they committed to.
Ordered this beauty direct from riddles online web store and when is arrived is was bent the type of metal wasn’t stamped and when I take this into the local branch to point out the things wrong with the ring they happen to have one I. Zero stars. Unfortunately, this is the second time Iv been unhappy with this company. My ring from the start was a disaster now it’s been a month and I still don’t have it back. Second time center piece has failed my diamond 💎 broken prongs. Second time Iv been lied to about when it will be fixed. Lie after lie after lie! Please don’t buy your wedding ring here.
