I highly recommend this surgical center! On May 13, 2024, I had an outpatient procedure at Riddle Surgical Center. I was anxious upon arrival and the intake receptionists were patient, calm, and communicative. I quickly became more settled as I interacted with the pre-op nurses: Shannon, Patty, and Crystal, who cared for me with compassion, consideration, and dignity. They are very concerned about being paid, they act surprised when you call and tell them that you don’t have several thousand dollars on hand to pay them immediately, and then you get to beg to have a payment plan (which they do agree to — they don’t offer it because they obviously work under the “profit first” business model).
I had foot surgery here in 2019 by Dr Shakked. She has great bedside manner, however, she left my foot worst than before the surgery. It looks like my big toe was over corrected from a union. My big toe now points too far to the left leaving a big gap between the big toe and the second toe. My shoes no longer fit this foot leaving me to have to purchase shoes a size larger. I wish I would have went with a different doctor.
