Great service! Installed my system promptly and are always available and ready to answer questions when I call.
I presently moved to the Blue Springs area and bought a home with 2 units, I had a couple other services come and look over both. Let’s just say I ended up calling to offer the last company ( I was with for over 14yrs ) from my previous home premium pay to service here. They told me about Riddle, to give them a try. Called when they opened. They offered to send someone out immediately. Because I didn't have anyone at home at the time. We agreed on around lunch. They came around 1230. Said our blower motor on the furnace was bad. They replace it quickly. Now we have heat again!. Highly recommend.
