Short of it - Have been going here for a few months now and can recommend it. The staff is nice. The waiting room has plenty of space and seating if you have people with you (family's making the most of an outing). Was able to set up first appointment rather quickly. Easily located. Doc is kind and takes time to answer questions. I have been to a few places for my hips and back and so far this is my fav. Thank you Dr Riddle for getting me in so quickly after I tweaked my back! Your professionalism and genuine care regarding my pain was appreciated. The time you took to listen and then make a plan of treatment made it feel more personal instead of “just another patient” your massage therapist took his time and also seemed to genuinely care about my pain and checked with me often if he was causing any discomfort! You were totally worth the drive from Land O Lakes!
I would highly recommend Dr. Riddle to anyone who suffers from back pain. I was looking for a Chiropractor and a friend suggested I go see Dr. Riddle. I developed a stiff neck that I could not get rid of. I went to see Dr. Riddle for a consultation and he sent me for xrays of my neck and upper back. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Riddle! After years of struggling with endometriosis and seeing multiple doctors who offered little to no relief, I finally found hope and healing here. Disappointed that they billed my first visit as a specialist visit instead of a chiropractor visit. Have been to two other chiropractors and neither one billed my insurance as a specialist visit. Will not be back. Would give less than one star if possible. After talking with my insurance company they agreed that this is not a normal billing practice. The adjustments didn’t help and made things worse.
