Forrest was dispatched through our insurance company. He was extremely rude and unprofessional in our home. He spoke loud and aggressively, while accusing the homeowners of purposely tampering and busting outlets. You might get a different side if you are paying out of pocket. In a day and age of customer service and connections, I would not recommend this company if you want professionalism. Now we can await a passive aggressive response from the owner (Forrest) and complete denial.
If you live in an older neighborhood like Greenbriar, you know how terrifying late-60s electrical quirks can be. Forrest from Riddle Electric handles them all with ease. He efficiently fixed our fire hazards and went above and beyond to double-check the rest of our system for peace of mind. He is an incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and skilled electrician. 5 stars all the way!
Several outlets in our home suddenly stopped working, and we were at our wits' end trying to find the issue. Forrest arrived and quickly identified a hidden GFI outlet that triggered them all! Totally thrilled that he came and helped. Great guy, knows his stuff!
