Where to begin? I suppose with the fact that in all of my years this was the most bungling and incompetent/professionally negligent law firm I have ever used. I was in an automobile accident nearly four months ago I and I retained Riddle to represent me. From the start communication was slow to then non-existent. I regret using this firm. After a year+ of wasted time for my disability, the lawyer handling my did not have access to my file with Social Security because “his password” to access my file was invalid! Did not submit any of my medical records or any documents to SSI, and during my hearing, the judge extended my case for 30 days so he could submit my papers, and then he abandoned my case! 5 inmates injured in a transportation van accident on 09/07/2021! Riddle & Brantley LLP took the case on 09/08/2021, now because the NCDPS prison system has replied explaining that ONLY actual real attorneys can enter any prison facility, Riddle & Brantley LLP gives up??? Why can’t they change their rules to grow with society?? What’s so hard for them to send a real attorney into a prison facility! NCDPS says a field investigator cannot enter! Only an attorney!! I was disappointed with the handling of my case. I was hit by a DUI driver, crossed over the road, when down an embankment and landed in a field. Then the driver took off. My car was totaled. Very little was done for bodily injury after my car claim was settled. It would be months before I would hear a word from them. I would call or email to check the status of my case. I actually never met Attorney Smith. I have had to seek other council to get a fair settlement.
