Cannot cancel my service after repeated attempts to. I either get told the person doesn’t have the authority to do it or get another run around I’ve been serviced maybe 3 times in a year

We chose RIDD after specifically discussing our concern about pesticide exposure around our three sighthounds. We previously had a dog develop seizures following pest control treatment, so we were very clear the products used were extremely important to us. Before scheduling, our representative, Jasher, told us RIDD uses an essential oil based product that was dog and pollinator friendly. Arrived 5 hours after scheduled time-frame for first service. Did not see any difference after service, either. Called for a re-service, which happened 2 weeks after, still no changes seen after that. Currently dealing with the same spiders in the same locations that were specifically pointed out, along with billions of flying ants in my yard without a concern in customer service when calling to notify, and the earliest anybody can come out to attempt to handle this flying ant infestation in my yard is 4 days.

Since I first came into contact with this company, every employee has been superior and more professional then any other I have done business with in the past. This review is based on the second service I have received since becoming a customer. The specialist that came to handle my yellow jackets nest next to my front porch and water spigot, Ryan, was exceptional in handling this and multiple other problems that needed to be addressed. Unfair and Deceptive sale tactics targeting senior citizens and Material misrepresentation: Door to Door salesman (Jacob) assured that RIDD uses Human and Pet friendly chemicals both Indoors and Outdoors. We asked several times if the products used were eco friendly. His response every time was that they were pheromones and people and environment friendly.
