I've dealt two guys this weekend and they will not leave us alone. First time, I tried to be nice and told them we were already serviced and literally would not go away. I tried a simple no, but he didn't want to hear it. Second guy comes back and my elder mother tells him no. She's straight to the point and not so polite. HE CAME BACK A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER to ask again. Seriously, if they come back again I might have to get their names to have them formally trespassed.
I've been a Ridd customer over a year now, and Tyrell was one of the best to service my home. He was very courteous and took special attention to do more than just the minimum. I had happened to be looking out the window and saw him double checking that he didn't miss wiping down spider webs and my outdoor camera showed him making sure he had sprayed and granulated thoroughly. I wish he could be assigned to come out everything.
