Noah advised me yesterday this would be an assessment and the rodent traps. The tech was later than advised, after 12, he did inform me. He placed rodent boxes at the front of the house in full view of the street and none in the back yard where rodents have been seen under the deck. This was done in a couple of minutes both boxes are on either side of my front door. One in plane view I am not happy with this. Cannot get a clear resolution about this from tech
Adam came and treated my property and left a detailed report on the services he provided. I had a question regarding one of those services so he came back to the property and completed a more thorough service. Adam was very personable, professional, and a pleasant young man. He seemed very knowledgeable and did not seem the least put out that he had to return to the property. I am quite pleased at this point.
This was their 1st visit to do pest control at my home and not only were they thorough they were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I would REALLY like to thank Joseph! He went above and beyond to get me on a contract with payments that are very affordable! Adem did an amazing job spraying the property! I'm glad I chose Ridd and as long as the products they stand behind truly help they will have me as a customer for life!
My review is a little different- the service was great and so is the communication with the techs. My issue lays within the billing and contracts department. On August 9th 2025, my husband and I were approached by the sales rep. We signed a 12 month with 6 seasonal package…. Paid in full for the year.
