Don’t know why the reviews are so low. People always post bad reviews never post good ones. Yes. I was irritated that they rang the doorbell when I was napping, but once I got over that I switched my service. Derrick and his crew came by today. Professional and friendly. Customer service was up to par. Have a problem with spiders. They sprayed. Would highly recommend. From Seth to Derrick (and his crew) I’m feeling a little safer from these spiders and inside nature 20 minutes after they left.
I will never use a company that doesn't respect No Soliciting Signs. He rides up the driveway on his Segway, tries to make a bond by naming a neighbors name that they supposedly service and ignores my questions asking him if he knows what No Soliciting means. Five times I asked him and he just wants to know who we use for bugs. Finally told him we would never do business with a company that doesn't respect the homeowners wishes. I've been a Ridd customer over a year now, and Tyrell was one of the best to service my home. He was very courteous and took special attention to do more than just the minimum. I had happened to be looking out the window and saw him double checking that he didn't miss wiping down spider webs and my outdoor camera showed him making sure he had sprayed and granulated thoroughly. I wish he could be assigned to come out everything.
Tina did an amazing job on the service she provided. She was very transparent and honest which made feel comfortable as well as secure with the service that was done. I also am grateful that she was willing and able to do the treatment around my home on a Saturday. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for a great pest control experience. Thank you Tina for being so amazing and look forward to working with you in the near future!
