Don’t know why the reviews are so low. People always post bad reviews never post good ones. Yes. I was irritated that they rang the doorbell when I was napping, but once I got over that I switched my service. Derrick and his crew came by today. Professional and friendly. Customer service was up to par. Have a problem with spiders. They sprayed. Would highly recommend. From Seth to Derrick (and his crew) I’m feeling a little safer from these spiders and inside nature 20 minutes after they left.
Tina did an awesome job when she came to service my house. She was very professional, upbeat and informative. She performed services that were listed as their regular service but was not previously performed by anyone else. I appreciate all of RIDD's staff that I have personally dealt with, but her performance was note worthy.
Tina was great and I no way shape or form is this rating reflective of her performance individually however I switched sometime in September of last year, agreed to pay more than my previous contractor with the expectation of receiving mole tx in this new contract, and every single damn time I have an appointment I have to prove to the technician that mole tx is supposed to be covered in my plan! I even had to go so far as to speak to the District Manager of my area Derrick, to hopefully get this resolved but apparently tha... read more
Tina did an amazing job. She was very thorough and explained everything she did. I will definitely be requesting her from now on and as long as she works there I will be a client.
We were with Orkin and we switched and ever since I've seen more bugs. We use to only get ants occasionally but now I'm seeing other bugs enter the house. Day after Christmas and they're ringing the doorbell at 8am. I get the door and the guy doesn't even talk to me just walks away to his truck and leaves my gate open for my dogs to get out. He also parked his truck facing the wrong way and right in front of the fire hydrant.
