This man gave me a quote over the phone, gave me an appointment that was very prompt and was very nice on the phone. He was early for the appointment. He was courteous, extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. He also took the time to just chat as he sprayed. I like that he seemed like a good friend rather than a pest control stranger.
