I found my new permanent salon! The service, the customer service, and the expertise was amazing! I had so much dead hair and she brought it back to life…just in time for my 50th birthday next week! Booked a 1 PM appointment through Booksy, paid my deposit in advance, and waited over four hours with no update or acknowledgment. The music inside was loud, so I waited on the stoop and let them know I was out front. Still—no updates. No “it’ll be a while,” no “you may want to come back.” No one cared until I walked back in two hours later after waiting outside the door and asked how much longer the wait would be.
