Had Alan come out to look at my heat pump unit. He told me that the air capacitor, circuit board, and compressor were all needing to be replaced. He also told me that the power to my house (built in 2017) had issues with power coming into the house. I was charged $515 for the replacement air capacitor and he, and for some reason, a helper’s time. This was a scam. had an authorized dealer from Lennox come out for a second opinion. I called Allen about a heating issue just before a big snowstorm. Even though he was very busy, he took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone before deciding if a service call was necessary. I really appreciated his expertise and willingness to help, even under pressure! Will be calling Ricotta heating and cooling for my next service.
