I called Allen about a heating issue just before a big snowstorm. Even though he was very busy, he took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone before deciding if a service call was necessary. I really appreciated his expertise and willingness to help, even under pressure! Will be calling Ricotta heating and cooling for my next service.

I had AC issues on the first hot day of spring 2024. I called in the late morning and Ricotta had me fixed up within a few hours. I like doing business with local family companies for this reason! Several months later my unit is cruising through the summer heat. Highly recommended!

Called these guys at 5 on a Thursday for a broken AC. No only were they able to get out to me in less than 24 hours they texted me to set up the appointment because my phone wasn't getting good service. Great service and decent prices. They walked me through what was wrong and ways to prevent it from happening again.. good people

Last year I was told that my a/c unit needed freon ....I got charged 350.00 and told I would need a new unit eventually soon when the freon was supposably leaking....I called another company this year to fix it and it was the compasider....Ac unit is working great!
