Reason I rated 3 stars are. 1 my pizza was not hot. 2 I waited longer than they said. 3 I didn't even receive my whole order. I'm a nice guy, I even tipped the driver but it was not worth the bother of having delivery rib tip dinner was good but I'll be there tomorrow.
No welcome, no hi how are you, rude lady only trying to go smoke. Pointed at a cooler of drinks when I asked if they had fountain drinks. RUDE. Later trash town ✋🏻
If you like rude phone service..and waiting hours for cold pizza than shop here!! We can't go back in time to get better pizza from the Rico's we knew and loved!!! It's over! The new owner's can't make the cut!!! It will never be the same! Btw I've given them too many chances too count...This Blackoak family is done.. Call Pizza hut or Domino's Far better and cheaper!

This pizza was horrible. We just picked it up about 15 minutes ago. It’s cold & disgusting. I ordered it at 1045, they said 45 minutes. I get there at 1130pm. It’s No way it should be cold. This pizza taste old. A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Best thin crust pizza in the south suburbs! Highly recommend this pizza!!
I get the delivery service , I've talked to some very friendly people .The service and the food has you coming back again and again.
Very poor customer service!!! Very unprofessional hood rats! Save your money and patronize somewhere else!!!
