I have never recieved worse servide than at this establishment. On multiple occasions I have waited for over an hour for my food, which was NOT worth the wait. One friday I waited for an hour and a half for a fish fry. We ended up walking out, with out our food, which did not seem to concern the owner or the wait staff one bit. Visiting Ricos has ruined my day on more than one occasion. I will never set foot in their building again. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
