I called for service on one of our machines on 8/9. I was told I'd receive a call from a Ricoh tech to schedule an appointment for the service. I never received that call, but today - 10 days after I first called - I received a call from one of our staff that the Ricoh tech was on site. Is 10 days of waiting for service with no call ahead good service?
