**Edited to add** The first experience was good. The second experience in which a lot of money was spent, was not so good. The owner responded to my email request promptly and professionally. He gave me a very detailed, well written estimate and was very good at communicating and explaining things. He was on time for appointments (early even!). The work was performed quickly and neatly.

Renovations are never fun or easy. However, Dustin's crew did a wonderful job on ours and we couldn't be happier. They were on time, polite, and didn't trash the rest of the house! We will use them again and recommend them to anyone we know.
