If I could give less than one star I would. Do your homework the owner has a criminal past that involves some pretty sordid stuff. I would never recommend this place to anyone
Just joined Rico's kickboxing class about a week ago. I thought it would be hard and I would it after a few days. But honestly I'm so glad I did it! The trainers and staff are very friendly and they help you along and push through class with encouragement and support! Taking this class makes me excited to take it again the next day!! Can't get enough!!
