I worked with Brad in service on a mutual customer’s claim and the experience was very smooth. He was responsive any time I reached out, kept me informed as things progressed, and made sure the claim stayed on track. His follow-through made the whole process easy to complete on my end.
Unfortunately, my experience at Rico Auto Complex was very disappointing. What started as a turbo replacement turned into damage, repeated returns, and over two months of waiting. When I finally picked up my car, it still wasn’t right, and staff brushed off a warning message instead of fixing it. There was no transparency, poor communication, and little accountability throughout the process.
