Was told it would be 3 days for a diagnosis. Dropped it off at 950 got a called at noon. Telling me it something to do with fuel system. Said they don't know but wanted to replace the 2 fuel sensor and both fuel pumps. Which were replaced within the pass 3 weeks and were told those were repalced. I know their something wrong with the fuel line that's where the rattling is at. Just they just wanted to throw parts at it rather than properly diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Very disappointed.

When my wife and I initially brought our vehicle in for service, the service staff was rude and did not acknowledge us until I said something as they were all looking at their computer screens and cell phones. Vehicle took two weeks to get diagnosed and supposedly fixed for a part that was already in stock there at the dealership.

Unsatisfactory Experience – Poor Service and Communication On April 4, 2025, I dropped off my vehicle at RICO Auto Service Center for warranty repairs. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. My vehicle sat idle for nearly three weeks before an official diagnosis was even made.
