Had an issue with my ignition and keys. Brad went above and beyond to explain the process and our options. I took my vehicle to another dealership who gave me the run around and at the end told me it was by appt only. But Brad helped me right away AND I got my truck back the same day!!! Also, Brad sold me on getting my other vehicle oil change at the quick lube the same day. I'm glad I took a chance on Ricos and definitely will be coming back.
We purchased all of our vehicles there at Ricos, they work with us and get us into the vehicle we want, Trevor Thomas is a outstanding salesman!
