I was feom out of town with a broken down truck. My transmission had essentially blown up. I talked to Wayne about getting it replaced. He was able to answer all of my questions, including exactly how much the total repair bill would be and when they could have it done. I could not believe how helpful he was! Not real happy with them. I went in to ask how much it was to service my air bag and stability track on my Denali. They only quoted me a 140 to put a machine on to check my air bag and another 140. To check my stability track that's without the cost to service them which they wouldn't give me a price for
We tried to get a ride over the weekend. We didn't even get a chance to look at anything or even do application!!! The sales guy Brian baca he was very rude and hateful to me and my family!!! He didn't treat us right cause we are Diné!! P.s we ended up bought a brand new truck @ Pitre!!!
As usual Rico Motors is awesome! Ryan is the best salesman ever and even though we moved to Missouri, we still returned to Gallup to purchase a new Yukon from Ryan and Rico Motors!
