After two days they are waiting on the Westlake documents…May need to go to another dealer because this company is taking a break for the holidays and I need a vehicle now. They are very are very good outside of that part to finish the deal.
Asked about a car they said it was there I drove 40 minutes to go test drive it for me to get there and him to tell me the car is in shop. They don’t even know what they got going on.
Dealer tried to sell this BMW for more than what it was worth. Had lots and lots of body damage and engine light was on. Buyer beware!!!
Dealer sales person did not provide requested information. I asked for a list of equipment on this vehicle also there was no follow up by this dealership asking if I had received the information requested. Dealership did not seem interest in my becoming a customer.
They contacted me quickly and worked with my trying to get this car. I wish I could have gotten it but it was my fault the deal wouldn't go through. Super nice salesman on the phone and answered all the questions I had.
