Asking Ricky for his recommendation is most fun. What you'll end up with it truly amazing. He is a passionate chef and offers nothing but the best.
I actually met Ricky when he worked at Sushi Saurus in Belmont Shores. After moving to eastvale in 2010 we found Rickys sushi not knowing it was him till after a couple of visits. By far the best quality fish in a 50 mile radius. This place is not for someone who just eats rolls to judge a sushi restaurant. If you are-you don't know fish and what texture and taste it should give you. Love this place and the wait for your order is always worth it cause you know Ricky and his staff is giving you his best.
Amazing sushi
They were great, they even gave us free green mussels as an appetizer and they were beautiful! Surprising to find such a great sushi place in lil' ol' corona!
Amazing ! And we eat sushi all of the time.
