Jay and Evan did an extraordinary job designing and installing a custom plumbing system for our townhouse in San Francisco! We started with no centralized water system and an outdated gas boiler that we hardly used. Encountered a predicament where the utility room and bathroom on the opposite side of the wall had water backing up. Reached out to Ricky & Sons Plumbing & Electric and they dispatched Evan promptly, who was professional and well-informed. He tidied up everything impeccably. I will definitely use their services again, although, fingers crossed, I won't have to in San Francisco.

Todd completed an exceptional job extracting and replacing our toilet in the master bathroom. There were numerous challenges in our 52-year-old San Francisco home. However, he managed to perfectly position the toilet at the correct height with the tile using one and a half wax rings. He also tidied up the caulk line from the previous toilet. I found myself needing to contact a technician for the third time in a fortnight. The initial maintenance of the sewer pump carried out by Ricky & Sons Plumbing & Electric didn't quite hit the mark, and the second round of maintenance also fell short. This time, Evan took over the task of replacing the sewer pump. He labored over it until he was content with the outcome. Here's to hoping that our paths do not cross for many years to come in San Francisco.

They did a wonderful job! Forgot to plug our hot water heater back in but they remembered and I took care of it. :) They were able to give us a quote (no cost) and begin the project at the same time!
