Also the wash caused several hundred dollars damage to my car, Vince Okray was less than helpful at best. Proceeded to tell me he is the owner, and needed to talk to buisness partner, needed to talk to corporate etc. after few months of dragging that out, I found Mobil/Exxon does not own this store (or any in ILLINOIS). After further calls, this clown Okray won't even provide any insurance info for me to try to make a claim. I made comp with BBB, that ended in a poor rating due to jis refusal to respond to them also. Sad dum... read more
The car wash broke my rear wiper. I filed a report with the station weeks ago. Manager Vince Okray keeps saying corporate will follow up and call me but still haven't heard from them. I will be filing a report with BBB. Avoid if you don't want your vehicle damaged by the whipping brushes.
