Called and scheduled an appointment, they said they'd call to follow up the day before they were supposed to come over but I never heard back from them. I tried to reach out several times via the phone but all I got was an answering machine. Left a message with my name and number but still never heard back. It's been nearly a week since they said they would show up and they have completely ghosted me like a teenager quitting a summer job.
If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do that. This is a family company, and from the service received it is clear they have integrity, value quality work and take an honest approach. Jeff was friendly, forthright, thorough, and very helpful accessing my broken water heater. He was extremely easy to work with, me being 150 miles away from my property at the time. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future issue.
