If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do that. This is a family company, and from the service received it is clear they have integrity, value quality work and take an honest approach. Jeff was friendly, forthright, thorough, and very helpful accessing my broken water heater. He was extremely easy to work with, me being 150 miles away from my property at the time. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future issue.

Highly recommend this plumber! We weren't able to fix my issue but he was able to solve the mystery of what was going on which is something previous plumbers had not been able to do. Decently priced and excellent professionalism. You can't go wrong with this plumber!
Best experience I’ve had with a plumbing company, by far. Their water heater tank prices were the most competitive in the area, and they’re just the friendliest and most honest people you’ll meet. Always gets the job done right the first time. We’ve used RL plumbing multiple times. Now when we call in, it’s like talking to an old friend. They even offered to pray for my wife during our most recent childbirth! Wouldn’t ever call another plumber in East Texas.
