Had to take off a star. Ricky and Jenny are great. However, the larger lady (don't know her name) gave me one of the worst haircuts I've had in my life and did not at all follow what I requested despite showing her a picture and telling her how I wanted it to look.
Went for a men's haircut. It was clean and quick. I like how it turned out. Thank you Jenny/Jennie!
Honestly, getting my hair straightened here totally saved my life! My hair was super damaged and frizzy, and now it’s smooth, shiny, and actually manageable. Can’t believe the difference!
