The shop used to be good when Rick was hands-on in the projects. I had great experience with them before with my other cars that's why I decided to bring my truck for front suspension, electrical and part of the exhaust system upgraded. Not once that Rick discussed the work with me, just his shop manager Eric. A year later and $47K of bills after, my truck was done but not without issues.
