Ricky and the team at Nova were really good to work with. They were quick to get every step of the process done, they were nice to work with, and were very knowledgeable and professional. I started the loan process with both Nova and another company. It quickly became clear Nova was more responsive and most likely to get everything done on time. Ricky was amazing at helping me refinancing my home. I have been thinking about it for a few months, got a quote on line, then I went to see Ricky. Ricky and his team at NOVA were wonderful! Everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous. Any and all questions I had were answered, or they made sure I recieved an answer ASAP. I will definitely be recommending Ricky and his team to all my friends and family! Ricky and his team are absolutely the BEST, they made our first time homebuyer process extremely easy, they always have time for you and answered all of our questions right away, they were also always available to us at anytime we needed them. I will forever be great full for all their help! We started our adventure November 2017 and we now have our home February 2018!

I just want to stay this team and Ricky really make house buying a big deal! We bought our first home and they helped make the process as easy as possible! Even after the purchase they stayed in touch, send us things in the mail and even today (4-5 months later) we still got something from them.
