Ricky is an excellent trainer, he is very positive and easy going. He tailors his workouts to your needs and takes care of you especially if you have an injury. He will push you to work hard and have fun while exercising! He is very motivating and always have us doing different exercises. I highly recommend trying Ricksanity workout classes if you are looking for intense, fun, and motivating workouts!
