I recently had a very upsetting experience with this towing company. During the service, my vehicle ended up with damage, including a tire that was flat afterward. I can’t say for sure what happened during the tow, but the condition of my car when it was returned was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I had a terrible experience with Rik Tak Towing. During the tow, my car was damaged and left with a noticeable dent that was not there before they touched my vehicle. When I tried to calmly confront the driver about the damage, the situation only got worse. Instead of taking responsibility or even speaking professionally, the driver became hostile and made offensive, racially charged comments in front of me. I had the worst experience with Rik Tak Towing. During the tow, my truck was damaged the driver’s door was dented, the paint was scratched off on the driver side of the bed, and my tow mirror was broken clean off. When I tried to confront the driver about the damage, instead of taking responsibility, he became hostile and made racist comments right in front of me and my Black girlfriend.
