They helped me out of what could of been being stranded for several days, Out of several towing companies that I contacted they were the only ones who agreed to tow my car in time. I was broken down somewhere very rural and far, but they agreed and the price was much lower than what I thought it would be. The Wards are wonderful people who provided a much needed solution to a very stressful day.

I recently had a very upsetting experience with this towing company. During the service, my vehicle ended up with damage, including a tire that was flat afterward. I can’t say for sure what happened during the tow, but the condition of my car when it was returned was extremely frustrating and disappointing. When I tried to talk to the driver about it, the interaction made things even worse. I had a terrible experience with Rik Tak Towing. During the tow, my car was damaged and left with a noticeable dent that was not there before they touched my vehicle. When I tried to calmly confront the driver about the damage, the situation only got worse. Instead of taking responsibility or even speaking professionally, the driver became hostile and made offensive, racially charged comments in front of me.
