Just a quick shout out and thank you to a great guy.... I couldn’t be more happier with the service I got at Rick’s !! My 15-year-old car that I depend on getting my children around had an issue with the transmission and I couldn’t be more grateful to Rick who was able to get it back up and running like brand new and giving me the peace of mind that I wouldn’t break down in the future with my kids in it. My grandfathers transmission has had problems for years on end. Slipped in all 4. Was bringing it to one shop transmission line just happened to blow that day! I had a ton of places tell me they’d do it for $3700. Not for a car that’s almost 20 years old. He did it for such a great price and had the car done the day he got the transmission and that car drives absolutely amazing. Hasn’t driven this well in years. I will be bringing any vehicle I own for transmission work now to ricks! Thank you again!
Great service. So far so good with a complete rebuild.
I will never recommend anyone to go here. Rick rebuilt my trans, put some upgraded parts in it to last me longer, the truck was back in the shop 3 times for totally different issues, it has never shifted correctly, in my opinion rick does not know what he is doing and he does not know how to deal with customers. I will be taking him to court for wasting 5 thousand dollars on a transmission that doesn’t even work correctly.
