Owners are not the best. Be careful of this place
Awful. I am a home health worker. Went to see a patient who lived on the grounds. The owner/manager threatened to call the police on me for trespassing and threatened to evict the resident if I ever came back. I service 4 parishes and this address is the only one I refuse to return to.
Lived here for two years. Peaceful place. Owner is a nice man. Rent was affordable.
