Great place to use in a small town
They hired a “new” ( I can only say new due to the fact I’ve seen atleast 5 “new guys” this year) tire tech that scratched my rims on my Dodge truck. I asked him about it, and he denied it. But, he didn’t have a clue what he was doing he was to busy on his phone. I plan to try to get back up there to speak to the owner hopefully tomorrow. I will once again, say I would travel the extra few miles, and get a more experienced tire tech not a untrained moron as well as, someone that's a trustworthy individual. I purchased 4 so called brand new tires from Rick's around may 15,2017.. by may 31st I had done had 2 tires blow out...the 2ñd tire I was literally doin 30mph and all the rubber just rolled right off...it's now August 6 and my 3rd tire has lots of wires showing....I paid close to 900 dollars for the tires...not quite 90 days and I have no tires for 900 bucks,I have been stranded in bfe ks.with my daughter.when my girlfriend called Rick about the problem he said he would make it right. After having Rick's install a new set of four tires, they improperly balanced the wheels and made my vehicle undriveable past 60mph due to heavy vibration. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and blamed possible u joint failure, but upon inspection at a reputable mechanic it was discovered that all the wheels weren't balanced properly. One wheel had (no exaggeration) 9 weights across a solid half of the rim. The thing was out of balance by a half a pound!
