went in today as normal to test my water get chemicals. i didnt bring mask was told i had to go sit outside and couldn't shop around because of no mask. Which is fine till I look at the other guy in store shopping no mask either but he was ok to stay.!!!! I mention how is it they can be here with no mask but me with medical reason can't? she said sorry have a nice day!

Hello Sarah. I'm sorry that you were upset about having been asked to wear a mask while in the store. My staff members were only trying to ask if you could wear a mask, as the signs outside & on the door to come in advise everyone coming in to PLEASE wear a mask; if no mask, we would gladly take your order outside for you. I had only allowed the gentleman at the counter to come in for a moment with his shirt over his mouth/nose, as I was having an issue processing his payment. Like many others on here, I can't say enough good things about Rick and his team. Our pool install hit a hiccup due to an honest mistake, and Rick really did make it up to us like he had promised. Every employee that I've worked with has been pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. There is no doubt that customer service is a priority. Rick's boys came out and opened our pool this week and as always did a great job.They took off our cover and neatly rolled up and placed outside our pool shed. They installed new solar cover as requested and have the pool up and running as it should. great service as always. great team at Rick's pool highly recommended for all pool and maintenance needs.
