I have been using them for 15 years, both when Rick owned it and now Steve (owner/operator) for a long time. I find him to be very reliable and responsive -happy to recommend him for sprinkle repair and snow plowing! I am happy to re-recommend Steve the owner-as "straight-shooter" knowledgeable and diligent person. If you are not using his company, I say give him a try-he is 5 stars.
Steve stopped by on short notice and winterized our entire sprinkler and irrigation system. Very knowledgeable and professional. I've hired his team to now manage our irrigation system annually. Highly recommend!

Steve is such a hard worker and honest with reasonable pricing. He just put in our new required backflow system for summit county and has a tester he recommends as well. The most reasonable quote and he found a few leaks along the way and fixed those as well. Definitely a five star rating.
I can't understand the negative reviews but I think those may date back to the previous ownership. We had Rick's Sprinkler (now owned by Steve) replace our ancient backflow preventer. Steve came when promised and did the work himself with the help of an assistant. The install was excellent and Steve carefully explained how things worked, what to watch for, and how to winterize and start up if we wanted to do it ourselves.
