I have been using them for 15 years, both when Rick owned it and now Steve (owner/operator) for a long time. I find him to be very reliable and responsive -happy to recommend him for sprinkle repair and snow plowing!
Steve is such a hard worker and honest with reasonable pricing. He just put in our new required backflow system for summit county and has a tester he recommends as well. The most reasonable quote and he found a few leaks along the way and fixed those as well. Definitely a five star rating.
I can't understand the negative reviews but I think those may date back to the previous ownership. We had Rick's Sprinkler (now owned by Steve) replace our ancient backflow preventer. Steve came when promised and did the work himself with the help of an assistant. The install was excellent and Steve carefully explained how things worked, what to watch for, and how to winterize and start up if we wanted to do it ourselves. I was referred to Steve by a neighbor. My calls were immediately returned and he showed up on time. During a recent service, Steve spent extra time answering questions and making solid suggestions. It's really obvious to me that he cares about his clients and their irrigation systems. I am very pleased to have Steve on my list of excellent local businesses!
