We have Rick's sprinklers and lawn do our house every year. Always on time and have never had an issue. Highly recommend!
Showed up for a bid. Told me how important it is that it gets fixed to avoid damage to my foundation. Said they needed to go get parts and swing by another project, then never came back. No phone call, no text, and no answer when I try to call. I'm not super upset, but this is no way to treat clients. Response for ricks- absolutely ill call you monday. You guys sent out a crew member to my house in the heights. I'll look for his number in the meantime

I had been searching for someone to work in my sprinkler for months. Rick happened to be in my neighborhood working on another project and he took time to look at my job. He had me up and going in no time! I’d definitely use him again
Called him in March to schedule for beginning of May, gave me 2 different days to come it rained both days. He never called back so I called then texted he said he would be in my neighborhood soon. Never heard from again, July 1st is tomorrow if you can't take on new customers tell them not leave them hanging for 2 months wish I could leave 0 stars.
