1/23/2018 review I have been dealing with this company for almost 8 years. I have put a lot of money in this business. I had a bad run in with them once before and decided to give them a second chance. Well, it happened again they dropped the ball and ruined my order and had no resolution for it. The least you could do for a loyal customer is refund what they have spent since you ruined the garments. Now I have to order an entire team new jackets and pay for a new design. We did not go through with the order and had to get a refund. We went to the store several times to get a price quote and turn in the design for the shirts, etc. Each time we had to start over because he had lost our paperwork. We decided to go with his company anyways since we were running out of time. We paid the down payment and one and a half weeks and three phone calls later had still not received any artwork for us to confirm or any status on our order. He was extremely rude on the phone and refused to finish our work.
I was very impressed with the quality and variety of sporting good. Mr. Rick was very helpful and friendly.
Thanks for all of your help getting my sons BB Bat and glove for travel ball this year! Your Groupon worked... that's how I found you from Orange Beach.
