Had my item in the shop for 2 month. Didn't fix it. I had to take it to a different shop. I've used them before and had good service, but will not anymore after this. I'm not sure why the service has gone down so much. Very rude when I called to check on my item. I will use Rural Kings small engine shop or go to Mooresville or Bloomington in the future.
took my mower in to get new belts and have blades sharpened...after they had it for 3 mo.i called to see what was up...they said the guy working on my mower quit..but they would get on it and have it ready in a few days.....I got it back in late oct.so it went in garage for the winter....this spring I went to mow....they ruined my mower they changed my clutch spring so that you have to pull the peddle back with your foot...so then it jumps into gear..totally unsafe...you cant hardly ingage the blades without forcing the leve... read more
