Terrible customer service by the owner. Disrespectful and rude can’t answer any questions overpriced don’t waste your time or your money
RecommendedService in the Service Department!
brought our bus/rv for shocks. Mechanic didn't want to work on it but owner said yes they could replace shocks. About hour later received call to come get it. Dont waste your time and money with this place.
Dave in service is the best there is. Solid guy and completely went above and beyond for myself traveling and my wife dealing with it 8 months pregnant. Highly recommend there service department and was more than satisfied with there work.
Erick in the service department rocks it. He is always accommodating even when we ask for last minute things.. like a tow bar days before our trip. I highly recommend this business.
These folks are extremely professional, well trained and very good at their job. We couldn't be happier of the work that has been done at Rick's RV.
