If Rick's roofing and restoration work is as reckless as his driving, I'd steer clear. Either he or one of his vehicles was flying down the highway changing lanes without signaling and crossing double white lines in and out of the HOV lane illegally. And it was wet and raining. His true colors showed and this is who you trust with your most expensive asset-your home.
