I needed to travel to Sandpoint Idaho and move some stuff. I originally had a cargo van reserved at the other uhaul place. It wasn't there when I went to pick it up. And nobody was there to represent uhaul. So, I was forced to go to Rick's and rent a 20-foot box truck. I asked for unlimited mileage. I was told if I returned it by 5 pm, they would have it posted to my account that day. I returned it at 430 and saw a $75 charge on my account that night.
