We've been taking our vehicles to Rick's for over 20 yrs. Seems this last year the front desk has gone down, down. We get overcharged, errors in communication, no calls to let us know what they've found , no calls to let us know when it's ready for pickup. We're beginning to have second thoughts. The woman needs to double our fees! Where's Jason or Jeremy?
I’ve had Ricks work on numerous vehicles many times. Always do a great job and are quick about it. I’ve gone in when I thought I had an issue and they said not needed. Could’ve “ made repairs” and charged but chose professionalism and honesty. They are my go-to shop without question.
Was lost, pulled in and asked for help getting directions. Etta was kind and helpful, and I got home safely. I didn’t get any repairs, but I did get home safely.
Definitely recommend Rick's. They are great to work with. Staff was friendly and took care of my issue quickly. I will be back with all of my vehicles.
