I went to Rick's Oil Depot yesterday for an oil change. I was in and out of there so fast, I barely had time to scroll on my phone! They were super nice, too. Answered all my questions! My son told me it's the best place for oil changes and I'm so glad I went! And, you just can't beat the price.

Had very speedy service, and courteous staff. Coincidentally, I had fluid leaking immediately afterward that I thought was oil. I called upset and in a panic, and Donald graciously came to my house and looked at my car, and told me where the leak was coming from (it was antifreeze, not oil). I don't know any other autolube place that would do that for a customer!

I've been here several times to get myself changed and several times I've had problems with oil leaks their oil changes are overpriced and unprofessional

Went several times for an oil change and at first was satisfied but last time I woke up the next morning and the quarts of oil had leaked out. Took out back and they originally said it was a bad washer around my oil plug but then showed my a crack next to the oil plug which clearly they had done because by over tightening it. Had to replace oil pan and mechanic said they had also stripped out my oil plug completely. Ridiculous.
