Direct, honest, and fair. I brought my truck to Rick’s after getting an unreasonable $8,800 estimate elsewhere. Rick’s gave me a straight answer, quoted me under $3,000 for a complete replacement with brand-new parts, and got the job done right without trying to push unnecessary markups or inflated labor. When Rick actually owned and worked here this place was my most trusted mechanic and repair shop. (Rick was the best) Since he left, it has been HELL. I took my car in, in March, to have work done and they gave it back less than 48 hrs later. Luckily I got it with the warranty because they only made it WORSE!!! I immediately took it back in.
