Really difficult to reach, would never call back, and not transparent about progress or co pays, etc. The big one for me, was that they did not mention until it was too late that I was not in compliance with my CPAP machine, causing me pay $1000 out of pocket, as my insurance would not cover the cost. A simple email after each time I was required to bring in the SD card, providing my usage compliance, would have been great and helped me to avoid the unnecessary expense! Malicious...
