If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Rick’s Lube Oil Service was a complete disaster, and I strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting this shop with your vehicle. I took my 2000 Lexus ES 300 to Rick’s on June 3rd for an oil change. Two young employees performed the service. Before the oil change, I specifically asked them to show me the dipstick because I knew the oil level was low. They then sent me into the waiting room while they finished the service.
