Thought my mower was finally shot...couldnt get it started today at all...remembered seeing someone's recommendation for Rick's Lawnmower Service on our neighborhood facebook page...figured I'd take a chance...SO happy I did!!! I've been searching for days for someone to help us with our Troybilt lawn tractor. I finally found Rick's and I can't begin to say how glad and grateful we are. We had visions of hundreds of dollars of repairs and with a phone call, Rick was able to diagnose it with an easy fix. He could have charged us and was kind enough just to offer his advice. Called and had same day service. Professional and reasonable. Solved problem and lawnmower runs better than new. Unfortunately now I have no excuse to avoid cutting the lawn.
Stopped by Rick's to have the spring in a pull starter repaired. He stopped what he was doing to check out the problem- 10 minutes and some nice conversation later I was on my way with a like-new pull starter. Highly recommended.
Rick is awesome! He called me back within an hour and was at our door before the end of his work day! He came to the house and fixed our push mower in about 20-30 mins. OMG, I love this guy! He came to my house with his trailer and my lawnmower was fixed in 30 minutes. He's such a nice guy and my lawnmower hasn't looked this good since the first time I used it. His rates were great too!
