Used this business for over 20 years. Satisfied until diamond was lost from channel ring. They kept for 3 mo, and I was charged $670 to reset a $150 diamond, which stayed in setting less than one hour before it fell out. Gold was damaged in process, as was shape of ring. Business will not return phone call and owner refuses to see me when I go in. Now I am paying additional $200 to repair damage done by ****** *****, Ricks Jewelers. This began August 15, 2024. Still have not heard from owner. Stay away from this business.

Kept necklace for 2 months and still didnt repair....details:A: took necklace in to have safety clasps replaced --- 10/25/23..gave pickup date of 11/25/23....B: Didnt hear anything from them so i checked on 11/27/23 and was told they would have it repaired in about a week C: Checked back several times and still no repair....D: 12/19/23 checked at store again and was told it would be ready in the morning of 12/20/23 ******* to store around 245 on 12/20/23 and was told it would be another hour..F: at this point i took UNREPAIR... read more

Very rude and very incompetent. It was better when Ashley's mother was there. We look forward to doing business somewhere else, that will be glad to take our money!
