These guys are great. Professional and on time, Highly recommended.
Extremely happy with the service I received. Easy to fill out the online inquiry form. DJ responded quite quickly and had his guys to the house that day! David and Lance got right to work, had my heater working in no time! They checked the registers and made sure there was no CO2 leaks, even brought in a vacuum to clean things up! Thank you!
NOBODY BETTER ! DJ and everyone at Ricks ..Professional , thorough , experienced , Honest and easy to work with. Had central air put in our home and a small wall heating and colling unit installed in our cottage. Wouldn't hire anyone else.
...during initial phone call to book appt.. Company stated..."trust us". Well..i did and .I was overcharged hours for simple duct work...running duct from existing roof vents to ceiling cut out. Tried to reason with DJ to charge fairly. No way...no budge! Not fair to charge for employees time "trying to figure it out" on my watch. Do yourself a favor....go elsewhere.
