...during initial phone call to book appt.. Company stated..."trust us". Well..i did and .I was overcharged hours for simple duct work...running duct from existing roof vents to ceiling cut out. Tried to reason with DJ to charge fairly. No way...no budge! Not fair to charge for employees time "trying to figure it out" on my watch. Do yourself a favor....go elsewhere.
DJ was GREAT! Identified our problem, had a new thermostat that meet our needs, installed and CLEANED up before explaining how the new thermostat worked. Polite, efficient, timely, and professional.
I called and left a message 3 weeks ago and they never returned my call. Update, my mom also called them for service and they never called her back. So unprofessional.
I stumbled upon these guys completely by chance via my home owner's insurance, and they did such an amazing job I had to look them up to leave a review. I bought my house about 5 years ago, and my air conditioner has always struggled to keep up with the summer heat. I've had half a dozen people come and do "maintenance" on the unit, but it never really improved, so I just assumed it was an older system and it was normal that it would just run all day long to try and keep the house cool.
