NOBODY BETTER ! DJ and everyone at Ricks ..Professional , thorough , experienced , Honest and easy to work with. Had central air put in our home and a small wall heating and colling unit installed in our cottage. Wouldn't hire anyone else.
...during initial phone call to book appt.. Company stated..."trust us". Well..i did and .I was overcharged hours for simple duct work...running duct from existing roof vents to ceiling cut out. Tried to reason with DJ to charge fairly. No way...no budge! Not fair to charge for employees time "trying to figure it out" on my watch. Do yourself a favor....go elsewhere.
DJ was GREAT! Identified our problem, had a new thermostat that meet our needs, installed and CLEANED up before explaining how the new thermostat worked. Polite, efficient, timely, and professional.
I called and left a message 3 weeks ago and they never returned my call. Update, my mom also called them for service and they never called her back. So unprofessional.
