Great service
Rick is not running the company anymore! You will talk to an answering service not a local employee when you call. Assuming the money saved paying a phone service instead of higher a local employee is not passed on to the customer and/or pay raises for current staff. Additionally, phone calls and emails are not returned the same day. The new company vision is to venture in other home repairs and crawl space encapsulation so stand by for the technician to sell you something you did not call for. Love this company. Reliable, efficient, friendly and professional. I don’t use them often, because they do it right the first time but have done business with them over 20 years. I trust their integrity.
I've used these folks for about 12 years. Nothing but the best. When Rick suggested it was time for a new system, he gave me a much better deal than I expected. That was 5 years ago, and the routine maintenance calls are always outstanding. In fact JD was out last night to correct a minor A/C issue. What a nice person! A pleasure to have him in your home.
