Had a leak in my screen door every time it rains. I paid Rick to come take care of the leak by putting an awning on my back door, he instead put up a gutter that did absolutely nothing to help the problem and charger me almost $300. After trying to contact him to let him know what he fixed did nothing to help he stopped answering his phone and responding back to me.

Courteous, dependable, and skilled Handyman. Offered estimates and completed work in a timely manner. Did what he said he was going to do, and left the site clean.

Called for an estimate on a job, and he said he would be out the next day, and never showed up because he got caught up in a different job. That was understandable. He said that he would call early the next week, and finally called in the middle of the week, to find out the price just increased by 50%, because he didn't take into consideration where I lived prior to giving the estimate. Now I'm going elsewhere, and lost 10 days to try to get someone to do my job.
