Rick and his team had done multiple jobs at my home that was being renovated. Very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend him and his team
Called for an estimate on a job, and he said he would be out the next day, and never showed up because he got caught up in a different job. That was understandable. He said that he would call early the next week, and finally called in the middle of the week, to find out the price just increased by 50%, because he didn't take into consideration where I lived prior to giving the estimate. Now I'm going elsewhere, and lost 10 days to try to get someone to do my job.

Contated him for a quote on a project. He never bother to contact me back. This is poor customer service.
Rick is an awesome guy. Had a really bad leak on my screen door last night, called him this morning and he was here within an hour to take a look at what was wrong and figured out a solution in minutes.
