We've used Rick's Gate for many years to service and repair the gate at our commercial property. Great work, fast service, fair pricing.
My driveway gate motor died after many years and Rick's gave me a reasonable estimate. It took a few days to get the installation scheduled, but they did the job efficiently. I did need to have someone come back to adjust the range of the remote control and the speed of opening and closing, and technician Brett got it straightened out.
High prices, low quality of work.
Had this vendor out to our property to replace the speakers in our call boxes. The rep showed up in a vehicle that wasn't his and also had zero tools or gear to fix anything. Rep came back a week later and jimmie rigged wrong size and used speakers as his fix! Total joke and when I asked about the billing he stated " well for the 2 visit charge that's $150 each" when hearing that I was floored knowing that it was their issue coming unprepared the 1st time so figured no charge!
